I am a compliance, legal and risk management professional.

I solve complex issues, invent new concepts and act as a bridge builder to help organizations become more efficient. My expertise lies in (re)structuring policy management framework (“policy house”) and embedding it into the organization. I do this by connecting people within the organization, creating support, leaving the responsibility with the people themselves and working together towards the ultimate goal. At Charco & Dique, I specialize in ESG (sustainability) laws and regulations; I advise financial institutions on this topic and support them in implementing such laws and regulations.
