External privacy officer

Ask us a question

Since 25 May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) has been in force in the Netherlands. These rules oversee the handling and processing of personal data. Within an organization, the management is responsible for the handling of personal data and compliance with the GDPR. The management can be supported and advised by a privacy officer.

Do you not have a privacy officer, would you like to support your current privacy officer, or do you temporarily need extra capacity? Our experienced privacy officers have the necessary expertise to fill your privacy officer position in a professional and practical manner.

  • support in the reporting of data breaches;
  • draw up processing agreements;
  • act as a contact person for data subjects (persons whose personal data are processed by the organization) and the Data Protection Authority.
