Due to my extensive experience as a corporate lawyer, I am able to support financial institutions in the legal field. I am well capable of translating legal issues that financial institutions are struggling with into practice. I supervise the – often complex – implementation of new legislation and regulations, and like to help clients with the strategy or development of a new product and/or service. I think it is important to give clear and pragmatic advice. I map out the (legal) risks and try to make the various possibilities within the law comprehensible and understandable for clients, and provide them with short and unambiguous advice. Where possible, I anticipate legal developments so that my advice is future-proof.
