The regulations for asset managers are constantly changing, both from within and outside the EU and nationally.

Regulators have become more active in the last couple of years, which requires more attention from the market. This makes it more complex to comply with all the rules and requirements. Based on my extensive experience with compliance, regulations, implementations and my experience and contacts with regulators and supervisors, I am happy to advise and assist market parties. This could be in the form of internal projects, but also in the case of questions from or discussions with regulators.
