At Charco & Dique, I assist financial institutions to gain insight in the financial legislation that they are subject to.

To this end, I inter alia provide individual (legal) advice and memoranda. Furthermore, I work to ensure that the Ruler application is up to date.

I am familiar with a wide range of financial legislation and have assisted various types of financial organisations. Nonetheless, I have a specific interest in sustainable finance (or: ESG). Therefore, I have decided to specialize in sustainability-related legislation for the financial sector (for example the SFDR and the Taxonomy regulation). I help financial institutions to understand and implement sustainability-related requirements and to increase transparency with regard to sustainability matters.

I work accurately, fast and result oriented. Moreover, the fact that I have a background in both law and business economics allows me to quickly grasp the practical implications of (new) legislation.
