Because of my experience in corporate and financial law, I acquired a broad knowledge of the (inter)national legislation applicable to financial enterprises.
In addition, I have obtained extensive knowledge of the Financial Supervision Act (Wft), Law for preventing money laundering and financing of terrorism (Wwft), Sanctions Act, Wtt 2018 and other financial legislation and regulations. I advise and support financial enterprises in drawing up their CDD policy and offer them advice on supervisory issues.
