I combine my interest in FinTech with my experience as a financial lawyer. I have extensive knowledge of the Wft, Wwft, PSD II and other financial laws and regulations.
I support institutions with their licence applications for Wft activities (e.g. payment service providers, electronic money institutions & AIF). In addition, I am able to translate regulatory requirements and complex regulations into practical solutions.
