Due to my experience as a litigator and corporate lawyer, I understand the legal issues that financial institutions encounter.

By means of a pragmatic approach, I translate complex legal issues into the daily practice of financial institutions. In my opinion, it is essential that all members of an organization understand new laws and regulations. Therefore, I aim to make them comprehensible to stakeholders at all layers of the organization, so that everyone is involved in the implementation process. Helping financial institutions comply with the law despite of their restrictions (such as outdated IT-systems, legacy, etc.) is always a challenge. I enjoy being involved in innovative projects. I make sure new, innovative apps are compliant with laws and regulations, without compromising on user experience.
