Ask us a questionThe Ethics workshop of our training institute, The Ministry of Compliance, provides practical tools to help you deal with ethical dilemmas in the investment world. After completion, you will meet the requirements of the ‘ESMA Guidelines Knowledge and Competence’ for ethics. This will provide you with the necessary knowledge and skills to meet the ethical standards of the profession.

The Ethics Workshop is designed for employees of financial institutions who inform or advise clients about investments or investment services.
Ethical dilemmas in the investment world
The Ethics Workshop teaches investment professionals how to deal with ethical dilemmas in their field. To prepare for the workshop, you will complete an e-learning based on the CFA Institute Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct. An interactive workshop will then take place in small groups of 9-16 participants, focusing on cases and your own dilemmas.
